RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange.
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the relevant return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link. Most items include free global shipping and once shipped, are shipped within 3-7 days for most countries. Your tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Orders will incur customs charges when importing your products, you are responsible for paying for the customs fees. Orders include low value pricing for low customs fees from suppliers. As we ship from various locations, this may vary dependent on your location and items in your order.
